Celebrate your special day with our Wedding Package, designed to turn your wedding experience into something that’s effortlessly cool and unforgettable. Immerse yourself in a seamless wedding experience filled with out of the ordinary style and personalized touches.
Wedding Packages Include:
Exclusive use of venue: 10 a.m.-12 a.m. on the day of your event plus arrive as early 8 a.m. for vendor set-up.
Dedicated vendor liason coordinating pick-up, drop-off, and setup for all off-premises vendors, including florists, photographers, and caterers.
Fully staffed bar, the creation of two customized cocktails or mocktails.
Round tables, white linens and table numbers
Lighted parking lot which includes accessible parking spaces.
An engagement photo session, and recommended vendor’s listings (read more about these services below).
On the wedding day, our coordinator will be on hand to organize vendors, help with decorations, and manage the event (read more about these services below).
Consultations & Planning
Initial consultation with couple during tour
At least 2 in-person meetings with your Wedding Coordinator will include one shortly after booking and a final meeting prior to the wedding.
Personalized vendor recommendations
Vendor confirmation and management with on-site vendors: catering, photographer, videographer, rentals, cake/dessert, hair, makeup, DJ, band, florist, photo booth, transportation, and officiant
Creation of floor plans for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
Creation of a detailed timeline
Final walk-through with couple
Securing your Date
Check out our calendar for open dates.
We are happy to hold a date for two (2) weeks with a nonrefundable $500 deposit, which becomes a credit towards your final balance.
Our contract is sent electronically via DocuSign. Please be aware that without a deposit received, we are unable to guarantee your date.
How it Works:
When you’re ready an invoice will be emailed to you so you can pay the $500 deposit. Upon receipt of your deposit, the 50% nonrefundable payment of the estimated site fee with 6.25% MA state tax is required within two (2) weeks. If you need to cancel, you’ll forfeit only the $500 deposit.
Additional Details
DECORATING
You or your vendors are welcome to deliver decorations at 8 a.m. on your wedding day.
RENTAL PICK-UP
Rentals must be picked up the following morning before 10 a.m.
Clean Up
All decor, flowers, and personal items must leave the venue at the end of the evening
Bar Services
While we don’t offer in-house catering at Jupiter Club, we provide a seamless event experience by coordinating with any caterer you choose, ensuring your culinary vision comes to life. Our team is here to work closely with your selected caterer, from the initial consultation to the final bite, our team collaborates with you and your chosen caterer to ensure everything complements the unique atmosphere of your celebration.
